No time to exercise?

So you are a working parent, who works 37 hours a week, comes home makes the tea and puts the kids to bed, you are a high flier who works all the hours that are sent, a shift worker who works all night and sleeps all day or a stay at home parent who is running between baby groups, health appointments and the school run. Between you all there is one common theme and that is that you have little or no spare time and that means no time for exercise!
Well, that is where you are wrong, so here are some exercises you can do which you don’t need to find extra time for….. Walking Walking is the way forward, literally and metaphorically! On your mobile taking a business call? Don’t sit down, walk around the office. Got a meeting at school? Get off the bus a stop earlier and walk the rest of the way! Skipping Another easy and fun exercise that you can do in front of your favourite TV programme, around a park at lunch time or even with your kids! Stairs Any steps are an exercise machine in themselves, run up the stairs when you would normally walk, or take he stairs at work instead of the lift! Marching Waiting for the tea to cook, the kettle to boil or a bus; then march on the spot. Marching in this way is often used as a warm up for an aerobic class and gets the body moving! Squats A great way of doing exercise anywhere, even in front of your television! The great thing is they don’t take long and work the entire of your lower body. Add a Kettlebell for extra benefit
Just look around you, exercise doesn’t have to be big machines or expensive gym memberships. You can do any of these things at home or at work, so forget about not having the time and takes some steps towards a fitter you.
